About The Bolder Company and its Founding Partners:
The Bolder Company is on a mission to increase human connection in the business world. They are committed to helping people build trust, find courage, and create levity so that organizations can build collaborative, innovative environments. Exercises from theater, improvisation, and other structures are the sparks that ignite that courage; individuals find their speaking voices and stories, become more spontaneous, and connect on a deeper, more personal level.
With a combined 30 years in facilitation, coaching, and speaking, Founding Partners Ellen Feldman Ornato and Jenny Drescher specialize in developing people to be their best selves. They bring subject matter expertise in organizational dynamics, eff ective communication, inclusion & unconscious bias, and essential management skills.
They create positive, lasting impacts for individuals in workplaces, associations, and educational settings.
